Foreign Nurse Sponsorship Program
We are happy to announce that The Goodman Group hires Registered Nurses* for their Foreign Nurse Sponsorship Program ("FNSP"). The Goodman Group and their RN Recruitment Team conduct direct-hire interviews for bedside nursing positions at their Skilled Nursing Facilities in Montana, Minnesota, Florida, and Arizona. Hired candidates will be offered sponsorship for Employment-Based 3rd Preference Permanent Residency Visas under Schedule A, which results in a "Green Card."​

If you would like to choose your sponsor from the above-listed Skilled Nursing Facilities, you must submit your resume to receive a pre-interview questionnaire where you will indicate your sponsor preference. Each Skilled Nursing Facility has limited job openings, and the ability to choose sponsors will be dependent upon availability.

The Goodman Group's FNSP and onboarding program is a well-established program that has been perfected over two decades.

*If you have not passed the NCLEX-RN, but have received your Authorization to Test (ATT) and are scheduled and/or plan to take the NCLEX in the near future, you may submit your resume, and you will be scheduled for an interview as an NCLEX-RN passer.
If you have not passed the NCLEX-RN and have not taken any steps toward taking the NCLEX-RN, you may submit your resume for consideration for the "TGG NCLEX-RN Assitance Program." Those candidates who have not taken the NCLEX-RN are processed online and are scheduled for virtual interviews. However, you may receive an invitation to attend the Post-interview Orientation and Q & A Seminar in Cebu, if space is available.
